We all hate having a double chin! It simply does not indicate that you have excess pounds, but that your neck and chin muscles are not toned and strengthened as they should be. Aging can also bring about a double chin because your skin is getting looser. Yet, it looks bad and makes you feel uncomfortable.
Therefore, we will present some exercises that will help you “solve” this common aesthetic problem. Do these consistently and you will see results in no time!
NOTE: perform these exercises 5-7 times per day!
Warm-up
- Move the chin forward & backward.
“Spade” – an exercise for strengthen the muscles of the chin
- First, you need to open your mouth wide.
- Then, you need to bend the lower lip inside.
- Close your mouth pulling the lower jaw forward (as if you try to scoop the water).
- Relax muscles
- Easy move the jaw up and down.
- You need to do this after each exercise.
- Lift the face up and look at the ceiling.
- Blow the kiss towards the ceiling.
- Touch the nose
- Stick out your tongue.
- Try to reach the nose by tongue tip.
Resistance
- Put your elbows on the table.
- Put the chin on your fists.
- Push your chin against the fists, trying to overcome the resistance.

- Turn your head to the left.
- Pull the lower jaw forward straining muscles of the neck.
- Turn your head to the right.
- Do the same to the other side.
